printed cotton-jersey mini dress

this time i made kind of a simple daily dress, more wearable at home, or for grocery shopping. this fabric is a cotton-jersey which is very stretchable, but, some reason, quite easy to handle for sewing(maybe because this is much thinner than others). i enjoyed tailoring it very much.

here is another sundress i recently made. this is a little different type of dress from that i would normally wear. especially this pattern reminds me of old days. when i was mid-20s, i've had the mini skirt printed with the same pattern on the fur. it was lovely one and also very stylish and rocky(if my memory is correct^^). i am not sure that i still keep it or not, ah, probably in my mom's house.

i love stripe patterns looks modern and chic. combination of scarlet and navy blue on this fabric is very cheerful.

this fabric is extra-stretchable, which means very comfortable in it.

i made this for one of my sisters in seoul. south korea is getting warmer now. i prefer the length of shorts a little more shorten, but i know she is a bit conservative, ha.

i bought this lovely fabric from Mood store at fashion Ave., NYC. i spent whole day for window shopping for the fabrics, but still wasn't enough time to take a look, cuz thousands thousands of lovely fabrics there.

floral-print mini dress

taking picture of myself wasn't so easy(making dress part is more fun, ha~), but the outcome isn't too bad. i love this fabric very much, especially good to wear steamy hot summer weather.
